Borneo Rosewood is an uncommon
wood from Southeast Asia. The density is high and many have found
it to be an excellent turning wood. These have a very nice deep red
color. Rare on the market now.
SIZES ARE IN INCHES
unless specified otherwise.
Note that this wood is very difficult to dry, especially in 3 inch thickness. We really have to baby these for a long time to get them dry and uncracked, so this is a very uncommon offering likely not available anywhere else. Anything of 2 inch or over in this wood must be dried very carefully to avoid cracks.
WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING TO GET THIS WOOD DRY. WE ARE GETTING CLOSE AS OF January 2016 AND WILL LIST IT HERE AS SOON AS WE HAVE VERIFIED YOU CAN USE IT AND NOT WORRY ABOUT DRYING PROBLEMS. ONE OF THE MORE DIFFICULT EXOTICS TO DRY! BUT NICE AND STABLE ONCE DRY.
