Bloodwood 28to38

Dried Bloodwood in the high grade primo color. There is a small percentage of bloodwood with this color so these are normally considered “selected best”.

Dried over long periods slowly to avoid the degrade caused by kiln drying bloodwood. (Bloodwood is notorious for getting internal (totally hidden) checks that run the length of the piece on the inside when kiln dried about 1.25 inches thick). This is a precious wood that will be harder to get the future. Brazil is trying to lockdown most all wood cutting by 2030, or before. Brazil is the only good source of this wood unless you want cardinalwood which is a usually brown wood with faint red tones that grows in other countries.
