Blue Mahoe stabilized pieces. Blue mahoe has been nearly impossible to get for 6 years and there is not anything on the horizon for new stock at this time. These pieces will look different once you cut into them but they were actually dyed blue to make the color more long lasting and the color of blue can be almost black/blue to a very light blue. The density of wood in different areas causes the variegated color effect.
