Peroba Rosa (historical) 300-303

These pieces of Peroba Rosa were cut from large door jambs that were in a house being torn down in Brazil.  The house was built in the 1860’s.   The door jambs were full of nails and cracks so we cut these flawless pieces wherever we could get free of the nails, etc.  The wood has a deeper more saturated color than normal and is really nice to work.   (Dried long ago before any of us were born!).
